Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Pro Monthly)

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription. Refunds outside this window are considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Annual Subscriptions — Pro-Rata Refund

Annual Pro subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rata refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you may cancel to prevent renewal.

3. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise contracts are refundable within the first 60 days of the term, subject to the terms of the signed order form. No refund is available for Enterprise plans after 60 days.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, including your order ID or subscription ID. Refund requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued through our payment processor to the original payment method.

5. Eligibility

Refunds are available for:

  • First-time Pro monthly subscribers within 14 days of purchase.
  • Annual Pro subscribers within 30 days of purchase (pro-rata).
  • Enterprise customers within 60 days of the term start (per order form).
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors.
  • Service outages that materially impact your ability to use the analyzer (reviewed case-by-case).

Refunds are not typically available for:

  • Subscription renewals beyond the first billing cycle (unless a billing error occurred).
  • Accounts that have exceeded reasonable usage thresholds of the paid plan.
  • Enterprise plans after the 60-day window has passed.
  • Violations of our Terms of Service.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges. Access to paid features continues through the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — if you qualify under Sections 1–3 above, submit a refund request separately.

7. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly through direct support. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.
